IssueUser is experiencing browser-related issues in the RSA Archer user interface when using Google Chrome.
ResolutionPerform the steps below to fully clear cache in Google Chrome:
  1. Click the three dots in the upper right corner of Chrome and select Settings.
  2. Scroll down to the Privacy and Security section.
  3. Click on Clear Browsing Data.
  4. Click on the Advanced tab.
  5. Click the drop-down and select All Time.
  6. Check all the boxes and then click Clear Data button.
  7. Completely close out of the browser and open Archer back up to continue working.
