Summary:Please be advised that an issue resulting in SSO functionality degradation is currently impacting the RSA Archer U.S. Hosted/SaaS Prod/Nonprod environments. The RSA Archer SaaS Operations team is analyzing the impact and an updated status will be provided within an hour.
Affected Functionality:SSO login. Current active session will not be affected. 
Preliminary Cause:RESOLVED.

This page will be updated with new information as we investigate and a new notification will be posted once the issue is resolved.

 

Update 1:  Functionality has been restored, however, there may be additional interruptions of service as we continue to stabilize the environment.  Additional updates will be posted here.

 

Resolution Update:  This issue has been resolved without any further interruption and was caused by a health check failure that stopped sending traffic to the SSO service.
