CauseThis issue occurs because the extension".mhtml" is removed from the Whitelist in the Archer Control Panel and if you still have the extension".html" in the Whitelist it will not resolve the issue.
ResolutionThis issue can be fixed by adding the extension".mhtml" to the Whitelist in the Archer Control Panel. To do that
  1. Login to Archer Control Panel
  2. Installation Settings
  3. File Creation Restriction tab
