IssueUpgrade fails with error:

System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005): The system cannot find the file specified.

CauseFile(s) are missed/lost when copying the extracted files from one server to another.
Resolution
  • Always Run as Administrator to extract the installer on the server where the install or upgrade is being done.
  • Never copy this extracted folder from one server to another as some files may get missed/lost.
  • Extract files to a short folder path like C:\Temp\
