Please be advised that the RSA Archer Suite SaaS (US) Environment experienced a partial downtime for some customers on August 11th, 2020, from approximately 12:44pm CST to 1:50pm CST.
The issue was detected and resolved and was caused by a misconfiguration while setting up a new environment that inadvertently impacted some customers.
Affected functionality during the incident:
