RSA is reminding all users of the scheduled End of Life (EOL) for RSA NetWitness Platform version 10.6.x (to include any follow-on patches and service packs) on October 31, 2020. End of Primary Support for v10.6.x was last October, 2019. No further extended support options for v10.6.x will be available after the end of October 2020.
All versions of RSA NetWitness Platform 10.6.x.
Customers who have deployed RSA NetWitness Platform version 10.6.x are encouraged to upgrade first to v10.6.6, and then directly to RSA NetWitness Platform v18.104.22.168.
As RSA does not support All-in-One (AIO) solutions in v11.x, customers running an All-in-One solution should contact their RSA Sales Representative to review options to migrate to a supported solution.
