Summary:Please be advised that an issue resulting in a functionality degradation that was impacting the RSA Archer U.S. Non-Production environments has been RESOLVED.
Affected Functionality:SSO is not functioning as intended.
Preliminary Cause:

We believe this is result of the non-prod SaaS migration over the weekend.

 

28/SEP/2020 9:30am CST:  The issue was related to the migration over the weekend.  DNS was not updated properly and was still trying to go to the old location, this has been permanently resolved.
