Issue | The session timeout warning is displayed even though the user is actively working in Archer. The user's session may be terminated resulting in loss of unsaved data. |
Cause | This is caused by a known software defect. As a result of the defect, user activity on an RSA Archer webpage does not properly reset the session timeout. The defect is logged as: ARCHER-82380 User Session Terminated Regardless of Action Performed |
Resolution | This defect is fixed in patch release 6.8 P2 and later. |
