Version/Condition: 6.x through 6.8 P1
IssueThe session timeout warning is displayed even though the user is actively working in Archer. The user's session may be terminated resulting in loss of unsaved data.
 
CauseThis is caused by a known software defect. As a result of the defect, user activity on an RSA Archer webpage does not properly reset the session timeout. The defect is logged as:

ARCHER-82380 User Session Terminated Regardless of Action Performed
ResolutionThis defect is fixed in patch release 6.8 P2 and later.
