Summary:Please be advised of an upcoming scheduled maintenance window for the RSA Archer U.S. Production and NonProduction Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environments.
Details:

There is no downtime expected with this change.  We are making a change to our load balancer and will no longer have a static IP address assigned to the SSO URL.  The current IP address for sso2.archer.rsa.com is 52.40.43.172.  After this event, the IP address will no longer be static and is subject to change at any time without notice.  If you are whitelisting by IP address, you will now need to whitelist by domain.

We do not anticipate that customers will need to make any changes, however, if the IP address for our SSO URL is whitelisted in the customer's network, they will need to update to whitelist by domain.
