IssueIn a specific scenario, DDE generates notification actions are not migrated to subscription notifications in Archer 6.9.0.0. The Archer\FrameworkInstall*log contains the following error.
 

DDE Notification Migrator completed with errors


Because DDE-based notifications are no longer used in 6.9 the UI will also no longer display them. 
CauseIf a module is deleted, but the cleanup job has not run properly, data left behind causes the migrator to fail.
ResolutionThe data is still in the database and can be migrated by upgrading to Archer 6.9.0.1 or higher. 
WorkaroundIf upgrading to Archer 6.9.0.1 or higher is not an option, please contact support for further instructions.
