Summary:

We are happy to announce the release of RSA Adaptive Authentication (Cloud) 14.2, which includes these new features, enhancements, and changes.

What's New in This Release

New support for cloning a rule in the Policy Management application

It is now possible to clone an existing rule in the Manage Rules page in the Policy Management application. This enables you to use the information already configured in the original rule and make any additional modifications in the cloned rule. You can only clone 1 rule at a time and the rule is added to the current organization. The name of the cloned rule follows this format: Clone - [original name of rule]. The details of the cloned rule are the same as defined in the original rule, except for some differences, such as the Order, Current Status, and Pending Status. For more information, see Clone a Rule in the Back Office User Guide.

New filters added in the View the Queue page of the Case Management application

  • New Modified Date and Created Date filters: It is now possible to filter cases in the View the Queue page of the Case Management application by either the creation date and modification date in both the Filter and Advanced tabs. In the Period section of the tab, you can now select whether you want the dates displayed by their creation date by selecting Created Date, or by the last updated time of the case by selecting Modified Date. By default, the Created Date is selected. Previously, the cases were displayed only by the creation date. For more information, see Filter the Queue Using the Filter Tab, and Advanced Tab Fields sections in the Back Office User Guide.
  • New Custom User Activity filter: It is now possible to filter cases in the Advanced tab of the View the Queue page in the Case Management application by the end-user activity types defined by the user in the Policy Management application, in addition to the activity types provided by Adaptive Authentication. For more information, see Advanced Tab Fields in the Back Office User Guide.

New columns added to the View the Queues page in the Case Management application

  • New Production Rule Id column: The cases listed in the results table in the View the Queue page of the Case Management application now includes a Production Rule Id column, which indicates the name of the rule that was triggered in production. This column is sortable.
  • New Custom User Activity column: The cases listed in the results table in the View the Queue page of the Case Management application now includes a Custom User Activity column, which indicates the end-user activity types that are defined by the user in the Policy Management application, in addition to the activity types provided by Adaptive Authentication. This column is sortable.

New Payee Account Number column added to the Research Activities page in the Case Management application

The activities listed in the results table in the Research Activities page in the Case Management application now includes a Payee Account Number column, which indicates the account number of the payee or other account associated with the activities. This column is sortable. For more information on the Research Activities page, see Research Activities in the Back Office User Guide.
