|Issue||The date format changed to show ‘o’clock’ in case management application, any reason how and why this changed? It used to show AM/PM instead of o’clock.|
|Resolution||Date format in CM will be retrieved from browser language settings on client systems.|
If you want to remove that o'clock format, then the workaround is to change the browser language to “English US”. If the Browser language is “English UK” then the o’clock would appear.
English US. -> will remove o'clock and make it in 12 hr AM/PM format.
English UK -> will have o’clock and it will be a 24 hr format.
