RSA ANNOUNCES UPCOMING CHANGES IN DOCUMENT DELIVERY WITH RSA ARCHER  6.6

To prepare for future Cloud delivery and to provide all of the documentation to set up and use RSA Archer in a single online, searchable format, we are changing how documentation will be delivered.  For the RSA Archer 6.6 release, content previously duplicated in PDF format will no longer be distributed as separate PDF files; this content is available in the online documentation.  Online Documentation for RSA Archer is built into the Archer product and the online documentation for the current release is also fully available on RSA link.

To further streamline things, the information on new and change features in a release has been moved from the What’s New Guide into the Release Notes document (thereby replacing the What’s New Guide).  As of Release 6.6 the Release Notes will include sections for What’s New in the Release, Fixed Issues in the Release, and Known Issues in the Release.

The following documents are to be discontinued in PDF format as of Release 6.6, with all of the content fully available within the online documentation system.

  • Platform Administrator’s Guide (content delivered in RSA Archer online documentation)
  • Platform User’s Guide (content delivered in RSA Archer online documentation)
  • What’s New Guide (content delivered in Release Notes)
  • Use Case guides (content delivered in RSA Archer online documentation)
  • Qualified & Supported Environments (content delivered in RSA Archer online documentation)
  • Web Services API Reference Guide (content delivered in RSA Archer online documentation)
  • RESTful API Reference Guide (content delivered in RSA Archer online documentation)
  • Content API Reference Guide (content delivered in RSA Archer online documentation)
  • Archer Control Panel Guide (content delivered in online Help in ACP Module)

The following documents will continue to be delivered only delivered in PDF format for RSA Archer Release 6.6:

STILL WAITING? RSA CHARGE 2019 CALL FOR SPEAKERS IS OPEN FOR SUBMISSIONS – DON’T SIT ON THE SIDELINES, NOW’S YOUR TIME TO BE A PRESENTER

It is official - time to get your creative juices flowing as the RSA Charge 2019 'Call for Speakers' (C4S) is now open and awaiting your submissions! History has shown us that you have great experiences to share with your peers.

As you are aware, the RSA Charge events represent all RSA products and an increasing number of customers across solutions attend this one-of-a-kind event each year. The RSA 2019 Charge promises to be the biggest event in our history of RSA Charge and Summit conferences.

The RSA Charge event is successful in no small part because of the stellar customer submissions we receive each year. We invite you to submit your presentation brief(s) for consideration. (That's right, you may submit more than one submission brief!)

This year for the first time the '8' Tracks for RSA Charge 2019 are identical across all products and represent all RSA solutions. We are pleased to present them to you:

Transforming Your Cyber Risk Strategy- Cyber-attacks are at the top of the list of risks for many companies today.  Tell us how you are approaching reducing this risk utilizing RSA products.

Beyond the Checkbox: Modernizing Your Compliance Program - The regulatory landscape is always shifting.  How are you keeping up and what steps are you taking towards a sustainable, agile compliance program?

Aligning Third Party Risk for the Digital Transformation - Inherited risk from your business partners is a top of mind issue.  Third party risk must be attacked from multiple angles.  Share your strategy.

Managing Operational Risk for Impact - Enterprise risk, operational risk, all things risk management.  Share your experience and strategy on how you identify, assess and treat risk across your business operations.

View from Above: Securing the Cloud - From security visibility to managing organizational mandates, what is your risk and security strategy to answer the "go to cloud" call.

Under the RSA Hood: Managing Risk in the Dynamic Workforce - The workforce has become a dynamic variable for many organizations - from remote users to BYOD to contractors and seasonal workers.  How are you addressing this shift?

Business Resiliency for the 'Always On' Enterprise - The world expects connectivity.  When the lights are off, the business suffers.  Tell us how you are ensuring your business is 'always on' - business continuity, recovery, crisis management and the resilient infrastructure.

Performance Optimization: RSA Product Learning Lab - Share your technical insights of how you use RSA products to meet your business objectives.  Extra points for cool 'insider' tips and tricks.

We know you have great stories to share with your peers, best practices, teachings, and how-to's. We hope you consider submitting a brief and thank you in advance for your consideration. More information can be found on the RSA Charge 2019 website (click on Program, scroll to bottom of page) including the RSA Charge 2019 Submission form. Submissions should be sent to: rsaevents@rsa.com.

The weekly blog series authored by RSA’s Integrated Risk/GRC Strategists highlights one of the 30+ RSA Archer use cases.  These blogs provide a quick overview of the basic business problem associated with the use case and the key features/benefits.  There’s also a short paragraph describing how the use case fits into the broader Integrated Risk Management message for your organization.

The blog series (click here to see full list of blogs published to date) began in October 2018, publishes every Wednesday and continues into 2019 beginning with the January 16 blog until all of the use cases are covered. For your convenience, you may Follow the Page, and receive email notifications in your company Inbox by clicking on 'Actions,' then click on Inbox, then outside the box to make sure your Follow instructions are captured.
