Use case for Business Resiliency

RSA Archer® Resiliency Management provides a coordinated, consistent, and automated approach to bring the related but disparate functions of business continuity (BC) and IT disaster recovery (DR) together. It allows you to respond swiftly in crisis situations to protect your ongoing operations, and you can also begin to build resiliency into the fabric of your organization. With RSA Archer, you can manage BC and IT DR, to align continuity planning with the organization’s business priorities. The solution aligns risk assessment and business impact analysis (BIA) with other GRC disciplines. In addition, it automates the process of designing, testing and executing incident, BC, DR, and crisis plans according to industry standards, enabling consistent and thorough response to minimize risks and impacts.

Key Features

  • Automated workflow to perform BC/DR plan documentation, testing, approval, and activation during a crisis
  • Mobile application to view BC/DR plans, strategies, calling trees, and requirements from any location
  • Centralized contact list to send notifications and call trees during a crisis event
  • Lessons learned assessment to query crisis team members on individual and team participation in crisis events to determine what went well and what requires improvement, and automatically drive findings from assessment and remediation plans to address gaps

Key Benefits

With RSA Archer Resiliency Management, you will be able to:

  • Use automated workflow for plan creation, testing and issue resolution. Develop detailed and coordinated recovery plans for both business processes and IT infrastructure
