Dear Valued RSA Customer,

 

 

 

Summary:

 

RSA, The Security Division of EMC, announces the release of Adaptive Authentication (On-Premise) 7.1 Patch 4 (7.1 P4).

With this release, RSA provides new enhancements and fixes to issues reported on Adaptive Authentication (On-Premise) 7.0, 7.1, 7.1 P1, 7.1 P2 and 7.1 P3.

New enhancements include:

 

o   Certification of VMware ESXi 5.5 running Microsoft Windows Server 2012.

 

o   Exposure of the device ID in the Case Management application and the ability to search activities by device ID.

o   Support for RSA Mobile SDK 2.0, which includes: 

      -   Support for Windows Phone 7.0 - 8.1

 

      -   Support for iOS8 (tested against beta version)

 

      -   Support for Android 5.0 (tested against beta version)

      -   Jailbroken or rooted device detection

      -   Emulator mobile device detection      

o   Enhanced search for custom facts in the Policy Management application. A new operator, Contains String Within, is introduced for custom facts of the String type and operated on a list.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 

 

 

Platforms:

 

All of the platforms supported by Adaptive Authentication (On-Premise) 7.1, 7.1 P1, 7.1 P2 and 7.1 P3 are supported by this release, including the certification of VMware ESXi 5.5.

RSA Adaptive Authentication (On-Premise) 7.1 Patch 4 is available for download.
