5.7.3 Service Pack for RSA Adaptive Authentication (On Premise) 5.7.2 software is now available for download. Adaptive Authentication (On Premise) 5.7.2 Service Pack 5.7.3 upgrade and install kits are available for all platforms previously announced as supported by Adaptive Authentication (On Premise) 5.7.2.
5.7.3 Service Pack includes an accumulation of patches and hot fixes that have been released so far for Adaptive Authentication (On Premise) 5.7.2 software.
Please refer to the Release Notes file included with the Service Pack for an itemized list of all modifications.
The 5.7.3 Service Pack is not major release and therefore does not have a separate support life schedule of its own.
The 5.7.3 Service Pack is subject to, and does not extend, the support schedule of Adaptive Authentication (On Premise) 5.7.2 software.
Customers of Adaptive Authentication (On Premise) 5.7.2 software are encouraged to download and apply this Service Pack. Our standard support and maintenance arrangements are contingent on users having the most up-to-date version of our software products. Specifically, further patches will only be provided on top of the 5.7.3 Service Pack.
Obtaining the Service Pack:
To obtain this new service pack and documentation, log on to RSA SecurCare Online at https://knowledge.rsasecurity.com and click “Downloads” > “Fixes by Product” > "RSA Adaptive Authentication" in the left navigation menu and select the downloads and documentation for your environment.
Note that two kits are provided for this service pack:
- Upgrade kit from 5.7.2 to 5.7.3 – for clients currently using 5.7.2 (available via SCOL)
- Full 5.7.3 install kit - for clients currently deploying 5.7.x for the first time, or upgrading to 5.7.x from older major releases.
To check RSA SecurCare Online for the latest patch levels for all current RSA products, log on at https://knowledge.rsasecurity.com and click Downloads in the left navigation menu.
