RSA, The Security Division of EMC, announces the latest release of its RSA Adaptive Authentication (Hosted) solution version 8.5.
RSA Adaptive Authentication (Hosted) version 8.5 will be implemented in UAT on Sunday, February 7th, 2010.
The Production installation of the same in our EMEA data center will take place on March 14th, 2010 and in our US data center on March 21st, 2010.
This release offers a set of new features.
New in this release:
- Back Office enhancements:
- Policy Manager - List Editor - Policy Manager users can create data lists and use them when creating policies.
- Enterprise Enhancements - The Anti Intrusion model
Enhancements to the model and Policy Manager (Relevant only for Enterprise customers).
- Trojan Detection Enhancements
In the ever-changing world of fraud, evolving fraud attack methods must be addressed. The 8.5 release will address the emerging Trojan/Man in the Browser threat with various solutions.
- eFraudNetwork Data Sharing Enhancement
In the 8.5 release, the eFraudNetwork will be enhanced to include the sharing of mule accounts and a cross product sharing platform.

RSA will notify customers again when the new RSA Adaptive Authentication (Hosted) solution version 8.5 is available for testing in the UAT environment.
Customers are encouraged to perform regression testing against the test environment to identify any potential issues prior to the production release.
