Summary:

RSA, The Security Division of EMC, announces an update to the RSA Adaptive Authentication (Hosted) 10.1 Case Management API and Case Management API DeveloperÕs Guide.

The RSA Adaptive Authentication (Hosted) 10.1 Case Management API has been updated to include an additional date field that will be returned in the response if the case was updated by the Offline Risk Engine (ORE). This update is backward compatible, that is, organizations already using the Case Management API can continue to use it without any changes in the response format.

Organizations requiring the new field in the response must use the new Case Management API.

The Case Management API DeveloperÕs Guide was updated to reflect this change and include additional usage examples and clarifications on retrieving cases opened, updated or closed by the ORE.
