This is a reminder that RSA DLP version 9.5 will reach its End of Primary Support (EOPS) on November 30, 2015. This includes DLP Datacenter, DLP Network and DLP Endpoint. In accordance with existing service contracts, RSA will end support services for DLP suite version 9.5 and all related versions on November 30, 2015, except for customers with First Year Extended Support.

RSA Technical Support will no longer be available after Nov 30, 2015 under base support/maintenance agreements, unless first year extended support is established. Customers interested in uninterrupted support must upgrade to a current release or obtain extended support for DLP v9.5.
Customers who have existing service contracts for DLP 9.5 that extends beyond the EOPS date will need to upgrade before the EOPS date or obtain extended support.
First year extended support extends product support for up to one year beyond the published EOPS date. Customers receive all benefits provided by their previous support agreement for all Severity 1 cases, including hot fixes to product defects if necessary. For cases of other severity levels, customers receive best-effort support but no hot fixes.
