RSA Authentication Manager 8.1 SP1 Content:

Software token provisioning enhancements utilize QR code scanning through the Self-Service Console. This additional provisioning method streamlines administration and simplifies the end user experience.

Version 8.1 SP1 is now available as a Hyper-V virtual appliance, and can be deployed with the Microsoft System Center Virtual Machine Manager Console or the Microsoft Hyper-V Manager. This allows customers to take full advantage of the tremendous cost savings that virtualization provides.

Web-tier servers are now qualified to run on Windows Server 2012 R2.

Microsoft Active Directory in Windows Server 2012 R2 has been qualified to run as an external identity source.

The appliance operating system has been upgraded to SUSE Linux 11 Enterprise Server (SLES) Service Pack 3 with a fully patched Service Pack 2 Kernel.

Cumulative patch rollup through RSA Authentication Manager 8.1 patches 1- 5 is included.
