Getting Started - Registering for Training

 You will need a Dell account in order to register for training


Create an Account (Skip this step if you already have an EMC account)


Go to and navigate to the Sign in area


The login page is then presented with options on the right for creating a new account:


Account Validation:


Users will be required to:

1. Validate their account if they have not previously done so

2. Provide telephone number, country and language preference information

3. Select their organization



Browse Available Courses, Pricing & Process Registrations

  1. Browse available courses by product suite. Select the course title to view a full description
    • Browsing classroom training schedules without an EMC account: Select the Schedule Only tab to view available offerings and pricing
    • Browsing classroom training schedules & processing registrations: You must have an EMC account. Select the Schedule & Register tab to view available offerings, pricing & process registrations
  2. To enroll in a class, click the Schedule & Register tab and log into your EMC account when prompted. Once you have chosen your offering, click Add to Cart and then Go to Cart
  3. Click Check Out Now at the bottom of your screen. Choose your payment method and fill in the applicable information. Click Continue
  4. Review and confirm your order. Click Place Order to complete your registration and order
  5. Print or save a copy of your receipt by clicking Print Receipt. You will only be presented with this option once


Registration with Training Units

  • Select Training Unit from the Payment Option screen
    • Available training units will be automatically deducted from your company’s account
  • Click on Confirm Order to complete processing
  • If you are not presented with the training unit option, please contact us for assistance
    • Training units may be mapped to a different site location than your EMC account is associated to. Please let the RSA University team know which class you are looking to attend. If possible, please provide the PO/SO# for the training units


Registration with Credit Card

  • Select Credit Card from the Payment Option screen
  • The credit card entry window will appear
  • Enter your credit card information
  • Click on Confirm Order to complete processing
    • Please be sure to confirm your credit limit allowance with your credit card company if your card is declined.
