Guidance for Customers Running Series 3 Devices with RSA Security Analytics

RSA, The Security Division of EMC, is reminding all users of the End of Primary Support (EOPS) for RSA Security Analytics Series 3 Appliances. Specific details for EOPS as well as options for Extended Support can be found under The EOPS date announced was June 2015. Upon this date, customers have options to purchase extended hardware support for year 1 and 2. Security Analytics 10.5 is the latest software version supported on Series 3 appliances. Security Analytics software versions greater than 10.5 will not be supported on Series 3 appliances.

Customers that have deployed Series 3 still have options for supporting their environment on SA version 10.5. Please contact your local RSA Sales Representative or RSA Customer Support if there are any questions and also wish to look at migration and tech refresh options.
