Due to the limitation of our current Malware Cloud load balancer, we will be updating the MA cloud traffic to a new load balancer for performance and scalability. This should reduce the intermittent connection issues customers are seeing when requesting Community scores in MA.
There should be minimal downtime with the migration. To be performed Friday, May 13 between 10AM and 12PM EDT.
