How to configure email output for reports

Creating reports and sharing with various teams is a very common output of rules. Reports can be scheduled to run at different times of the day and days of week.


Reports menu has options to view and edit not only Reports but also Rules and Charts associated with Reports.

‘Manage’ -> 'Reports' option provides list of all available reports. Reports can be created and edited here. When you want to schedule a report to be emailed to a set of contacts, click on actions and schedule report.

Once all other fields are filled, choose the ‘Output Actions’ -> ‘Email’. Multiple email addresses can be entered here to send reports on a scheduled time. Subject, body and attachments are all customizable to fit your needs. Reports are attached to the email in the form of PDF or CSV files.
