IssueContent Record buttons do not work after clicking a Key field's link in a Notification and then clicking the Edit button.
The following two sample links show the difference is with the lower case "i" in the "moduleid" Query String Parameter:

Due to changes made in 5.5 SP3 for the Navigate Away / Record Unlock enhancement (ARCHER-13313), the Query String Parameters in the Key field's link were being processed differently.  Archer Platform 5.5 SP3 HF2 ( now evaluates and converts the Query String Parameters' values correctly.

ResolutionUpgrade the Archer Platform to 5.5 SP3 HF2 (
WorkaroundChoose one of the three possible workarounds:
  1. In the URL, manually change the lower case "i" to an upper case "I".
  2. Modify the Notification to include the Content Deep Link.
  3. Modify the mail relay to perform a find/replace of the "moduleid" to "moduleId".
