IssueAfter updating Google Chrome to version (44.0.2403.125), it may be observed that the Security Analytics user interface becomes sluggish, potentially leading to connectivity issues. 
This may include pages loading more slowly and at times becoming unresponsive.
When inspecting the page using Google Chrome Developer Tools (such as live headers), the following error message is reported:  
         Failed to load resource:  net::ERR_INSECURE_RESPONSE

The following error is also observed in the /var/lib/netwitness/uax/logs/sa.log file on the Security Analytics server:

ResolutionThis issue is currently being investigated by the Engineering team in order to identify a permanent resolution for the issue.
WorkaroundIf you experience this issue, downgrading to the previous version of Google Chrome will work around this issue until RSA provides a permanent fix. Alternately, use a different browser, such as Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer.
In order to prevent the issue from occurring, temporarily disable the update functionality in Google Chrome to prevent version 44.0.2403.125 from being inadvertently installed.
To disable auto-updates in Google Chrome, follow the steps below.
  1. In the web address bar, type the following and press enter:  chrome://plugins

  2. In the listed plugins, locate the plugin entitled Google Update and click on the Disable button underneath it.

  3. Restart the Google Chrome browser for the change to take effect.
