IssueFIPS is now supported in RSA Security Analytics 10.4.1.2.  However, an additional step is required when enabling FIPS on an ESA appliance in order for the procedure to be successful.
ResolutionPrior to upgrading to Security Analytics 10.4.1.2 from a previous 10.4.x version, users are instructed to disable FIPS on any ESA appliances by executing the script below.
[root@ESA ~]# /etc/puppet/scripts/esabsafeoff

Therefore, after upgrading the ESA appliance to version 10.4.1.2, the script below must be executed on the appliance in order to re-enable FIPS.
[root@ESA ~]# /etc/puppet/scripts/esabsafeon
