IssueThe notification emails associated with the review escalation workflow are not being sent out when the escalation runs.
CauseThis is a known code defect.
ResolutionFix for defect is pending future release
WorkaroundIssue can be worked around by leveraging the "Review Reassignment" email event to send out the mail rather than the workflow. The event triggers when an object in the review is reassigned from on user to another. You can associate an email template with it to send out a mail as a workaround until we can resolve the code issue.
The event is named ReviewItemsReassignEvent in the UI an is configurable at Admin->Email->Events. You need to associate an email template with the event for the mails to be sent out.
