IssueRecords can be deleted in bulk from search results, but that method can only process one page of records at a time (maximum 250 per page).  this article explains how to delete a large number of records in bulk.
ResolutionTo delete records in bulk you can use a File Transport Data Feed.

Note that for this solution all records NOT in the source file will be deleted.

Have the database administrator back up your Archer instance database before you continue, so you can revert to the backup if records are accidentally deleted.

  1. Run a report that returns all of the records that you want to KEEP.
  2. Export the results to a CSV file.
  3. Create a file import data feed to import the file.
  4. Set the Archive option to Delete (Data Map > Update/Archive tab).
  5. Run the data feed to import the file.
