IssueSetting up "Restricted Access Times" for user groups.
Resolution

  

 


  

To configure Restricted Access Times the authentication agent must be a restricted agent where the Agent May be Accessed by ?Only members of user groups granted access to this agent?.


  

 


  

1.     Create a restricted agent
  
   RSA Security Console > Access > Authentication Agents > Add New ? enter Hostname, IP Address, select ?Only members of user groups granted access to this agent? for Agent May be Accessed by and click the Save button


    


  

2.     Create a User Group
  
   RSA Security Console > Identity > User Groups > Add New ? select an Identity Source and add a User Group Name


    


  

3.     Grant Group Access to Restricted Agents
  
   RSA Security Console > Identity > User Groups > Manage Existing ? left-click the User Group and select Grant Access to More... Now select the left-click an Authentication Agent and select Grant Group Access to Restricted Agent


    


  

4.     Restricted Access Times
  
   RSA Security Console > > User Groups > Manage Existing ? left-click the User Group and select Restrict Access Times. Now, chose a Access Time Template (optional) or select the Access Times required.
