Radius servers were there in 8.X environment before the migration
IssueAfter the migration from 7.1, the radius server goes missing in security console and operations console.
Radius server missing in one of the replica servers.
Radius server not showing up at all.
No radius servers.
CauseThis happens when one of the authentication agents (unrestricted/restricted) has the IP or hostname that is same as the server IP of the new 8.X Authentication Manager. If this agent conflicts with primary server, none of the radius servers will show up in either the security console or operations console.  If this conflicting agent conflicts with one of the replica server's IP, then radius server for that replica server will not show up in security console/operations console.
ResolutionSolution:  Log into security console. Click Access --> Authentication agents --> Manage Existing. Find out which agent is conflicting with the server IP. Check both Unrestricted and Restricted agent lists. Delete the conflicting agent. Restart the Authentication Manager services. You should now able to see the missing radius servers in the security console radius servers list.
Solution 2 : If customer cannot delete the agent because agent has to be there, they can change the IP/hostname of the Authentication Manager server itself or redeploy Authentication Manager with the new IP/hostname that does not conflict with their agents.
