How to change the Emergency Access Tokencodes issued through the self-service console?
|Resolution||Administrators can set/change the expiration period for Emergency Access Token codes that are issued through self-service console. By default, it is 7 days. To do so, log on to security console.|
Click Setup tab ? Self-service settings.
Under Provisioning, click Manage Authenticators.
Under Emergency Access Token code Settings for Permanently lost or Broken Tokens and Emergency Access Token code Settings for Temporarily Unavailable Tokens, set the desired lifetime.
