Radius authentication is failing.
The real time authentication monitor is empty, because the radius authentication requests is not reaching by the RSA Radius server.
You need to check the entry in the radius log to find out why the radius authentication is failing.
FROM THE RADIUS LOG:

Path for the radius log file.

CausePossible causes:
The radius authentication fails with the error message in "Unable to find user tmartin with matching password" if the radius client is using MSCHAP instead of PAP as authentication protocol.
You can also get the same error message if the radius client and the RSA Radius server are using different "Shared Secret".
ResolutionMake sure that the radius client is using PAP as authentication protocol and also the radius client and the radius server are configured with the same shared secret.
