SQL Custom Query
IssueCreate custom SQL report to list all RSA SecurID users with a fixed passcode
There is no built in reporting mechanism to show users with fixed passcodes.
ResolutionUse the manage-database CLU to query for users with fixed passcodes.

INSTALL Query:  Create a fixed_passcode.sql file in your Authentication Manager's AM_HOME/utils directory that contains the following text:

set serveroutput on;
set echo off;
set feedback off;
set wrap on;
set heading on;
set trimout on;
set trimspool on;
set verify off;
set define on;

spool fixed_passcode.csv
SELECT ipd.loginuid
FROM rsa_rep.ims_principal_data ipd, rsa_rep.am_principal amp
WHERE ipd.ID = amp.ID AND amp.is_static_password_set =1;

EXECUTE Query:  From AM_HOME/utils command line execute the manage-database CLU:

     ./rsautil manage-database -a exec-sql -U com.rsa.db.root -f fixed_passcode.sql -q

     NOTE: You will be prompted for the master password.  Output will be go to screen and fixed_passcode.csv
