|Issue||To best troubleshoot UI related issues it is highly recommended to upload browser log files that capture the incorrect behavior of the UI. This article describes how to complete that process.|

Starting with Firefox 41 and newer, HAR files can be generated without an addition extension. If you are using an older version of Firefox you will need to follow instructions to install a third-party add-on.

Installing the extension may contribute to browser performance - if you find performance problems after installing it please try removing the plugin. The guide here is targeted for troubleshooting purposes, and the plugin is a third-party plugin. Consequently, RSA can not guarantee providing any support for them.

Internet Explorer supports the Developer Toolbar.
|Notes||You can upload the generated files directly to the case that you created via https://knowledge.rsasecurity.com/ if you are unable to log in, please follow the steps in RSA NetWitness Technical Support script (nwtech.sh) output is too large to upload to a Salesforce case to upload the file to support.
