IssueWhen one runs an Adaptive Authentication (on Premise) installation or upgrade of a patch or hot fix, oftentimes not all of the installation components or upgrade components are available, as seen in the screenshot below:

ResolutionWhen all of the upgrade components are not visible during the installation/upgrade of a patch or hot fix, this typically means that the fixes provided in the patch or hot fix are limited to the components that are not grayed out.  
The installation section of the Release Notes, which are provided with the patch or hot fix, makes note of this possibility:
 
 

On the Installation Components screen, select the components you want to install, and click Next.

You can only select the components affected by this release.
