Issue
  • How to add non-English Security Questions in RSA Authentication Manager 8.1.
  • How to change the language of Security Questions in RSA Authentication Manager 8.1.
ResolutionTo add non-English Security Questions, follow the below steps:
  1. Create a new XML file which must include the XML language attribute that identifies the language used to write the questions as shown in the below template: 
           <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
           <SECURITY_QUESTIONS>
                  <LANGUAGE id="fr_CA">
                         <QUESTION>Question</QUESTION>
                        <QUESTION>Question</QUESTION>
                        <QUESTION>Question</QUESTION>
              </LANGUAGE>
           </SECURITY_QUESTIONS>
         2. Login to Security Console and Navigate to Setup >>System Settings.
         3. Under Authentication Settings, Click Security Questions Management.
         4. Click Import Security Questions.
         5. Click Browse, and attach the security questions xml file.
         6. Click Import.
         7. Select 'Yes, import security questions file' and Click Import.
