IssueItems under Admin menu (e.g : access control, application builder etc) are not accessible. In the archer W3wp logs, one of the below 2 logs are seen:

ResolutionFull cache clear in IE:
  1.  From IE go to settings - > Internet Options 
  2.  From the General tab, under Browsing History, click “Delete” and Select all options in the Delete Browsing History window as shown in the below picture. Be sure to uncheck  “Preserve Favorites Website Data”.

  3. Confirm full deletion of the cache by clicking “Settings”  and then clicking “View files” in the Temporary Internet Files and History Settings popup.

  4. Delete any remaining files in the Temporary Internet Files folder as shown in the below figure to ensure the folder is empty.

To clear the Silverlight Cache, on your client machine:

  1. go to start - > Microsoft Silverlight. 
  2. In the Silverlight window, select the "Application Storage" tab and click Delete All.

  3. Uncheck the "Enable application Storage" option to disable Silverlight Cache.
  4. Click OK to close the window.
  5. Close all browser windows, and open a new Internet Explorer window to continue working.
