IssueA questionnaire campaign is stuck in 'In Process' state. There is no relevant job waiting to be run or running in the Job engine Manager.
ResolutionNote: Please take backup of the database before running the below scripts.
Step 1: Identify the job_id for the campaign that is still 'In Process'. In the where clause in the below query, you will have insert the name of the campaign that is stuck.
 
SELECT js.job_id, jsd.job_status_name, c.campaign_name, js.*
FROM dbo.tblJobStatus js
INNER JOIN dbo.tblJobStatusDef jsd ON js.job_status_id = jsd.job_status_id
INNER JOIN dbo.tblCampaignHistory ch ON ch.job_id = js.job_id
INNER JOIN dbo.tblCampaign c ON c.campaign_id = ch.campaign_id
WHERE c.campaign_name = 'Your campaign name here'

Step 2: Decide whether you want to set the campaign status to “Complete” or “Error”. You should run only ONE of the scripts below:
- If you want to set the campaign to “Complete”, run the following query. You will have to insert the job id found in step 1. 
 
UPDATE dbo.tblJobStatus SET job_status_id = 3 WHERE job_id = [job_id value]

- If you want to set the campaign to “Error”, run the following query. You will have to insert the job id found in step 1.  
 
UPDATE dbo.tblJobStatus SET job_status_id = 4 WHERE job_id = [job_id value]
