Tasks
  1.  Enable SSH on the Primary
    • In the Operations Console, click Administration > Operating System Access.
    • In the SSH Settings section, select the checkbox for each NIC on which you want to enable SSH. If you have multiple NICs configured, you can enable SSH on more than one NIC.
  2. Download a file transfer client like FileZilla or WinSCP. Then connect to the primary using the rsaadmin account (or emcsrv in case of 7.1 version).
Resolution   1.Using the file transfer client copy the Image you want under the below path :
  •  For AM 7.1 version :
                   a. For Linux :
            /usr/local/RSASecurity/RSAAuthenticationManager/server/servers/<PrimaryHostname>/tmp/_WL_user/console-selfservice/<ID>/war/images/default/tokens
Where PrimaryHostname is the hostname of your primary machine
and ID is a unique ID for each machine (example : oin7e3 )
                   b. For Windows :
         C:\Program Files\RSA Security\RSA Authentication Manager\server\servers\<PrimaryHostname>\tmp\_WL_user\console-troubleshoot\<ID>\war\images\default\tokens\
  •  For AM 8.1 version :
            /opt/rsa/am/server/servers/console/tmp/_WL_user/console-selfservice/<ID>/war/images/default/tokens/
Where  ID is a unique ID for each machine (example : ltdgpn )
2.Replace the original image with the one desired (Note : Image must be replaced with the same name and in .gif extension)
