When a user configures am on-demand notification template and addressed it to Joe.Bogus@Bogus.com
No such email address exists, so presumably the email delivery failed. Yet the Notifications Failed Email Attempts report does not list this email. How are failures of On-Demand Notification templates recorded and tracked?
The confusion stems from the definition of a "failed email attempt." The following two Archer notification reports:
Instead, the reports indicate whether Archer was able to connect with the mail server listed in the Archer Control Panel and forward the email to it.
