IssueHow can an AFX workflow be mapped to a particular application or directory?
TasksThe answer to this question depends on whether you have Access Request Module (ARM) or not.
If you have ARM
This may be accomplished by first enabling Access Request Manager (ARM) in the UI and then associating AFX workflows with the relevant applications and/or directories.

  • To enable Access Request Manager
  1. In the UI go to System > Admin > Edit.
  2. Under Modules toggle Access Request Manager to On.

  • To associate an AFX workflow with an application or directory follow the steps below.  This example illustrates an association with an application:
  1. In the UI select Resources -> Application.
  2. Choose an Application.
  3. Click on the Requests tab.

4. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
5. Under Fulfillment, choose Default AFX Fulfillment for the Fulfillment Workflow option.

If you do not have ARM:
  1. In the UI select Requests > Workflows.
  2. Note the workflows defined for various review types.  You can create your own workflows to be defined here and then modify the fulfillment nodes in these workflows to use AFX fulfillment workflows. Additionally you may build logic into these workflows specific to certain applications and/or directories.
