|Issue||After implementing OOBSMS in a test (QA) environment, during the challenge the user is being prompted to select the phone number to use and then being sent to the page to enter the one-time password as expected, but a SMS is never received.|
The error message "Failed to get property" is found in the aa_server.log file.
In Case Management, the Challenge Details show the Method as "OOBSMS" but there is no value in the "Contact No" field.
It has been verified that a connection can be established to Authentify since OOBPHONE is working and the user receives a phone call when challenged with OOBPHONE.
|Resolution||To resolve the issue, the user must have Authentify enable the OOBSMS for their QA instanance. A form must be filled out and sent to URI.|
|Notes||There are two Authentify forms: One is for QA and another for Production.|
