IssueWhen trying to change settings in Adaptive Authentication Web Service Configurations within Back Office Applications, the error message below is displayed.
The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.

With the default log4j LOG_LEVEL, no error can be seen in the backoffice log to correlate the issue with backoffice.
When collecting a backoffice debug log, the error message below can be found.
Caused by: java.lang.Error: Unable to determine JDK vendor.

ResolutionThe error indicates that this version of Adaptive Authentication (OnPrem) doesn't support JRE version 7.  JRE version 6 must be used instead.
