IssueThe error message below is found often in the server.log file.
14 Oct 2015 11:07:59,161 WARN [http-bio-8247-exec-38] [com.rsa.csd.ws.impl.helper.GenericHelper] Generic - Unable to set device commit!
ResolutionThe warning message "Unable to set device commit!" is logged when there is no device in the session.
A reason for this could be that the device fingerprint is not sent in some of the requests. (such as like challenge or query requests)
It is safe to ignore the warning.
