RSA Version/Condition: 5.3 and above
IssueYou have a Related Record field in an application and the Cross Reference is to it's (or a) Questionnaire.
Even after enabling "allow users to lookup existing records from the related application through a lookup control."
when you go to a record or existing records, the Lookup link does NOT appear.

ResolutionIf the related record field is in the application FROM a questionnaire, you cannot lookup questionnaire records.
This is because a Questionnaire record can ONLY have a single target record association, and NOT a Many Target record association.
If you have a Related Record field FROM an application (application to application), the Lookup Link will show.
