2. | NOTE: check that the RSA Authentication Manager Remote Mode (remote administration client) is working before running the RSA Authentication Manager 6.x RADIUS Export Utility setup script (patchRemoteAdmin.bat) Copy the RSA Authentication Manager 6.x RADIUS Export Utility software onto the same Microsoft Windows server as the Remote Administration client. |

TIP | Should you get this error..  ..instead of seeing the RSA RADIUS Export Utility then check whether the file ‘msvcr71.dll’ can be found on the Windows PATH. A copy of the ‘msvcr71.dll’ file can be found in RSA SFTP site or RSASCheck and placing it in the C:\Windows\system32 may help.
