IssueRSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle attributes can be either collected or managed. Managed attributes can be populated and edited in the RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle user interface. In addition, custom values can be pre-defined to be used as values for managed attributes. This RSA Knowledge Base Article provides information on how to create and use custom values for managed attributes.
ResolutionThe process to create and use custom values for managed attributes is to create the custom values, create or edit an existing custom attribute and add the custom value definition to the attribute, then edit the attribute where it appears in the user interface and add one of the custom values.

In the following example, a Custom Value called Acc_CF100 is created with a list of three acceptable values to choose from when populating a custom Account Attribute called Acc-CF1.
  1. In the RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle user interface, go to Admin tab > Attributes > Custom Values > New Value List.
