IssueAn existing RSA SecurID Access user no longer requires their mobile device. 
It is not clear how to re-issue the device to another RSA SecurID Access user.
 
TasksFollow the instructions below.
  1. Uninstall the RSA Via mobile app from the device.
  2. The new user then installs the app and completes device registration. 
NotesNo administrative action is required re-assign the device to the new user.
