IssueUser wishes to delete all of the hash values that are added to the MA database by following instructions in the RSA Security Analytics 10.4 User Guide.

 
ResolutionTo remove all hash values from the Malware Analysis database, connect to the appliance via SSH as the root user and issue the commands below.
stop rsaMalwareDevice
su postgres
psql spectrum
truncate hashvalue;
\q
exit
start rsaMalwareDevice
